FedEx, UPS, USPS all above 97% on-time deliveries in peak season
Going into this past holiday season, concerns about carrier capacity was a common theme throughout the retail and supply chain industries. USPS, UPS and FedEx all made significant investments in an effort to boost their capacities. Based off of data from ShipMatrix, the investment paid off as all three performed remarkably in delivering for its customers. Over the total holiday period, USPS posted a 98.8% on-time delivery rate, UPS came in at 98.3% and FedEx recorded a 97.6%.
